So another week has passed and I can truly say I’m getting addicted to Jillian Michael’s 30 day Shred! Never thought I would be saying that.
You see in the pass my kids were my alarm clock, but this pass week I have been getting up before them just to make sure I fitted the 20 minute workout in before the day begin. My energy levels are great, so great that on Tueday (27 March) I was feeling a little brave and decided to give level 2 ago.
30 day shred Level 2… What can I say? by the end of the workout I was asking myself what have I done, how was I going to get through the rest of the day feeling like a great big blob of Jelly. On first glance it seems a little more slow paced, fewer jumping jacks but as you get further into the workout you really begin to feel your body aching, your muscles crying out to stop and a sweat building up fast. By the end of it I looked like a sweaty beetroot.
Just to see how much my fitness levels had improved I did go back to level one for a day, it was a breeze, I was zooming through the workout routine, and instead of using the modified moves I was doing most of the advance moves. Hey this work out is definitely building strength throughout my body and my stamina is on the increase too.
The Results Are In
My weight loss these past few weeks havent been that great, but this week I saw friends and family that I’ve not seen in almost a month and I was getting compliments on how I was looking (pmsl) So something was working RIGHT? It most definately is as my measurements this morning since last week has confirmed that, here they are…
Waist – 1/2″ loss, total lost to date 4″
Hips – 1.5″ loss, total lost to date 2.5″
Bust – 0 loss, total lost to date 1.5″
Thighs – 0.5″ loss, total lost to date 2.5″
Arms – 0.25″ loss, total lost to date 1.75″
I’m feeling good with these results, my body is feeling and looking more toned, a few months ago I didn’t think there was a chance that I would be able to get rid of my mummy tummy, but now I can happily say there is hope 🙂
In last weeks review I said I would recommend this product and give it 5 stars, is this still the case? Most definitely YES, Jillian Michaels 30 Day shred has me addicted and is giving me results that no other work out has given me in such a short space of time.
