Can you relate to just one of the above or was it a combination that got you making the best decision of your life? For me faced with the decision that I needed a new pair of jeans and was forced to buy a size18 was the turning point for me. Even then I was busting at the seams and knew very well that a size 20 would have been a better fit. But today I can happily say that, those size 18 are now way to big for me. What a great feeling that is.
