Boost Your Squat For Slimmer Thighs And Firmer Butt

It’s not just about losing weight, it’s about getting fit and healthy too, you want your body to be strong and toned, you want to look good and feel good. So eating healthy is only half of the formula to reaching optimal health. You need to workout too, and today where going to focus on slimming down those thighs and firming up that butt.

You probably already know that doing squats is one of the most effective ways of getting the thighs and butt you always wanted. But there are also modifications you can do to the squat that will give you the results you want that little bit quicker.

First though lets master the basic squat.

Mastering The Basic Squat

The plan Mix and match. Try three sets of 12 reps of a few moves on nonconsecutive days, then do the remainders the week after. Bangin’ butt and thighs to follow!


OPEN UP Place hands behind head. Lift chest, and draw shoulders back and down.

GET GROUNDED Position feet shoulder-width apart and slightly turned out with your weight on heels. You should be able to wiggle toes.

GO LOW Drive butt back (as though sitting on a chair), keeping thighs parallel to floor and knees over toes.

STAY IN LINE Keep a neutral spine without arching your back; engage your stomach.
