I picked up this Thai fish parcel recipe while shopping in Sainsbury’s. Just a quick glance at the recipe sheet I knew it was a healthy meal.
I try to include fish in my diet at least once a week. With fish being so expensive it does make it difficult to include it in our diets on a regular basis.
Tinned fish, and frozen fish can sometimes work out cheaper, however if you shop around or look out for deals at the fresh fish counters, it might be worth buying in bulk and freezing for a later date.
