I do love a good cheesecake, and always looking for ways to make healthier versions. After several attempts at trying to get the perfect low fat baked vanilla cheesecake, I think I have finally got the recipe right, well that’s what I think.
The Flavor of the ginger nut biscuit base compliments the smooth creamy textured filling beautifully. Its a definite winner for me and so simple to make. Watch just how simple it is to make a low fat baked Vanilla Cheesecake, New York Style.
I made this yesterday as a ‘last resort’ after trying other Slimming World recipes which were awful.
I’m happy to say this was a success. Easy to make, it tastes great and even none slimmers are happy to eat it.
