As I pursue my quest to lose weight, I have read a number of articles on how the portion size of food will determine how much you actually eat. For example if you eat from a smaller plate, your portion sizes are smaller, so in theory you should eat less.
Also if you are faced with a mountain plate of food, the thought of eating it all will end up suppressing your appetite. Tokyo scientist are using this physiological effect to help aid weight loss, they are using computer technology to make food appear bigger so you feel fuller sooner
