St Helenian Plo Made Healthy

St Helenian Plo this was one of the most popular dishes that I made a few years ago when I had my catering business, always a sell out but, until now I have never shared the recipe. Living on St Helena, (that’s where I’m from) this is the one meal that is almost guaranteed to be made by most families each week. It’s so versatile because you can add almost any vegetables and use any meat or fish and yet it always taste good.

Speed Chicken Curry

Apparently curry is one of Britian’s most loved dishes, well its defiantly one of my favorites.
