Low Fat Scotch Eggs

Don’t we all love a good snack and I think Scotch Eggs should be counted as one.  They are so easy to make and if you don’t fancy them as a snack, you can always add them to a fresh garden salad and enjoy as a light lunch or add them to your picnic basket.
