Why is it when you think about the word DIET, all you can think about is food. I love my food but I also like to have my treats too. I’m trying to lose weight but rather than think of myself being on a diet I like to think of it more as a healthy eating plan, where I can have a little bit of everything in moderation and that includes cakes.
